Today's temp in Seattle might be a record breaker, with the forecast of 97 degrees beating out the 95-degree record from 1951. I guess I don't mind having that air conditioner installed in the bedroom after all.UPDATE - 2:45: It's 94 degrees. Thank the heavens there's some breeze coming through the windows where I'm working in the home office while Sofian naps in the cool room.
UPDATE - 6:45: We got to 97 and beat the record. Parie, Sofian and I are holed up in the bedroom, the only place of comfort in our home, save for trips out to the kitchen to go another round with the ant surge (but I'm beating them back with my peppermint spray).
